What Is a Circle?
A Circle is a confidential, facilitated, virtual community that integrates group coaching, leadership development, and peer learning to support leaders and creatives navigating current and ongoing challenges. Circles may include young artists just starting out to mid-managers at Fortune 500 companies or senior leaders from a broad range of industries and backgrounds.
Circles are solution-oriented and address real situations. While each Circle begins with a theme or learning lesson example, the content and topics are driven by the particular Circle. The point is to have intentional space to be human in a highly fast-moving, tech-saturated environment where demands rarely slow down.
Circles sit within The ServantEDGE’s broader leadership development work, complementing coaching, immersive experiences, and organizational engagements.
What Makes a ServantEDGE Circle Different?
