you are not done yet.

We help women own their voice, their work, and their next chapter.

The business idea. The book. The talk. The next chapter you keep putting off. It’s been waiting, and somewhere along the way you started to doubt whether you even could.

We’re here to interrupt that.

The work isn’t the only hard part. Claiming it is.

Most women who come to us aren’t stuck on the craft. They’re stuck on questioning their confidence, their competence, and how to move forward. They’ve been circling the same dream for a decade — usually longer — waiting until they feel ready, qualified, legitimate enough to say the words out loud: I am a writer. I am a business owner. I am a speaker. I am a woman with a next chapter waiting. I have something worth saying – and the world needs to hear it.

That moment of claiming — that is where our work begins. Not with craft or the dream, but with identity. And then, once you’ve claimed it, we work with you to build the skills, the plan, and the community to make it real.

“It took some of us years to speak up, decades to join a book collaboration that became an international bestseller, too many nights before we started that business  — and longer still before we believed our audiences wanted to hear what we had to say. We get it. And we’re here to help you get there faster.”          -Stephanie Mikulasek, Founder, The ServantEDGE

This is for you if —

That thing you haven’t done still sits there, waiting

You’ve been thinking about it for years. Could be a business idea.  Maybe a book or a Ted talk. Perhaps you’ve even started. But something keeps stopping you — and it likely isn’t time or talent.

You’re at an inflection point

The kids are grown. The career has shifted. You’ve spent decades leading other people’s visions, years taking care of others. Now you’re asking: what about my dream, my spark?

You’ve done the work —  but now what do I do?

You have the business idea or manuscript or platform drafted — but no clear plan for what comes next. Taking your idea and your work public is the part nobody prepared you for.

For the women in the middle who want to make a difference and contribute, who have gathered years of experience and wisdom, who crave community, who sense that spark – you are our person.

Come join us.

Our self-editing is not accidental.

Women aren’t holding back because they have nothing to say. The research is unambiguous: women are systematically trained — by culture, by institutions, by every room that talked over them — to make themselves smaller. The cost isn’t just personal — it’s cultural and drains our energy.

%

more often women are interrupted than men in professional settings.

less likely women are to voice their thoughts after being dismissed.

%

of top bestselling female authors are ignored by men.

%

of contemporary artists are women, despite being 51% of the population.

%

of plenary speakers at professional conferences are women - the pipeline is full. The stages are not.

“Some of our most culturally pervasive ideas and beliefs are crafted by men and exclude women’s creativity and perspective.”
-Dr. Stacy L. Smith, USC Annenberg Inclusion Initiative

Businesses not launched. Books not written. Talks not given. Ideas that went unshared.

What would happen if this changed?

What We Do

We work on two things, in this order: mindset first, then skills.
Because the skills don’t stick until the mindset shifts.

Mindset – the identity work

The internal questions that stop most women before they begin: Am I good enough? Does what I have to say matter? What if nobody likes my work? We name those questions, work through them, and replace them with a new narrative to move forward – despite the doubts.

Skills – the practical “how do I do this”

How do I position my work? How do I talk about what I’ve made without minimizing it? How do I publish? How do I build an audience, create a marketing plan, show up on stage or on camera? How do I lead the business that grows around the work?  How can I set up an accountability system?  We teach all of it.

Most of the women we work with don’t have a craft problem.  They struggle with a lack of scaffolding — the mindset, the identity shift, the tools, the plan, the systems.  Our work begins with coaching through the shift from “someday” to “this is who I am” – and then we build the skills, the frameworks, the marketing plan, the visibility strategy, the accountability, and the community.  Everything you need to stop circling and start.

Where would you like to begin?

Every path offers practical, relevant tools while moving you from “I’m not ready” to “I’m not waiting anymore.”

Immersive Experiences

Sometimes the only way forward is to physically move into a different space. Our domestic and international immersive intensives begin before departure and end with expert feedback on your work, a tailored marketing strategy, a personalized action plan, and a network of women who will hold you to it.

Coaching and Circles

A community of women, creators, and executives who ask the hard questions with care — or a 1:1 coaching partnership focused entirely on you. The Circles offer community, tangible skill training, fresh perspectives challenges, and networks.  Coaching is for when the internal roadblocks are the hardest thing to move.

Training

Building the mindset and community are essential – but only the first part. Next comes the scaffolding — the skills, structure, and systems to make it all work.  We design programs and courses to help you move from “I’m not sure what to do next” to “I’ve got this – and I have the support to get there.”

Are you an organization looking for training for your team?  Interested in a tailored immersion experience – domestic or international – that will do more in a week than you could generate in a year? Do you need a public speaker ready to inspire and energize your audience?  Please see the work we do with organizations here.

How we’re thinking

Essays, conversations, and field notes from the edges  — exploring what’s shifting, what’s being lost, and what is becoming possible.

You already know you have something to say.

That instinct has been with you for a long time. It is not going away — and it shouldn’t. Our work starts with a real conversation about where you are, what’s in the way, and whether what we do can help you move forward. If we can help, we’ll offer ideas. If not, we’ll help point you to find what you need.  Just a conversation.
